Returns & Refunds
Our return policy spans a period of 14 days from the date of item delivery, affording you ample time to request a return.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must remain in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and within its original packaging.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if you encounter any issues such as defects, damages, or receipt of an incorrect item. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and post the amount to your account.
